Join Michelle for a night of refreshments and crafting at Wise County Biscuits! We’ll bring our boxes of dried flowers, show you how we craft our wreaths, and you can spend time working on your creation. ALL supplies included!
Take a deep dive into Michelle’s favorite herbs. Classes available about ashwagandha, burdock, calendula, chamomile, elderberry, holy basil, lemon balm, milky oats, nettle, skullcap and wild cherry. Learn all about growing, identifying, using and making medicine from these plants in our interactive recorded classes. Each class is 1-2 hours.
Along with Vilde Chaya Fenster Erlich and Jocelyn Kirkwood we bring you our Wild Cherries Herb School, two programs spanning three-seasons, weekend herbal intensives exploring health, resilience and the plant world. We incorporate herbal knowledge in a hands on way with botany and field work, all based on a foundation of social justice and decolonization. We meet one weekend a month, March 2026 through November 2026.
Spend time each month learning and experiencing one single herb in depth, tasting, talking about and making medicine from herbs we grow on our farm! These classes take place in our cozy farmhouse and help deepen understanding and connection to plants you can grow in your own garden.
Upcoming Classes: January 18, February 1
