We're Hiring!
We are hiring for two part time farm positions starting now through October 14 for two days a week on either Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays, 9 am-4 pm. You can choose one or.two days/week to work.
Our starting pay rate is $13.50 hour PLUS $2/hour trade for Cutting Root Farm products. At the end of the season you'll receive a bonus. Lunch breaks are paid.
We'll be planting, cultivating the fields, and harvesting herbs.
You:

- are able to work all day on your feet lifting heavy things whether it’s raining, sweltering, or beautiful outside.
- are able to work fast and efficiently both at time-sensitive tasks like harvest and tedious jobs like hand weeding.
- work well with others in a responsible manner without letting socializing get in the way of efficient work.

We take work seriously and we start on time with a morning meeting to outline the tasks of the day.
While the work here is fast paced and intense, we also take time to joke around and have great conversations, usually over weeding.
