These recorded classes each take a deep dive into one herb. They are about 2 hours in length.

In each session we'll go over a materia medica, talking about ALL aspects of each herb from identifying wild plants, cultivating and growing your own, medicine making, energetic profiles, traditional uses and much more! There's also specific medicine making classes for each herb.

Wild Cherry- learn all about this prolific tree, how to identify it in woods near you, tradition uses of the bark, and medicine making like wild cherry tea and cough syrup

Burdock- a common garden weed, burdock is a food and medicine! We share a lot of burdock recipes, medicine making and lots of of ideas about how to use this delicious root

Ashwagandha- grown in India for thousands of years, this medicinal root helps you sleep and helps to regulate stress and exhaustion

Calendula- easy to grow and a joy to harvest! Calendula flowers can go into ANYTIME- tea, oils, syrups, salads and more
